Jeff also oversees Premium’s IT Department that has provided Premium with one of
the most advanced web-based reporting capabilities in the retail services industry.
Under Jeff’s direction, Premium’s talented IT staff built our proprietary enterprise
management system – “Quick-Trax” – that provides our customers and our program
managers important data and information on service programs to which they are
responsible. In short, Jeff and his IT team have given Premium cutting edge
technology that allows instant access to retail conditions.

Jeff’s hands-on approach allows him to stay current with the rapid changes in
technology that require continuous process improvement. According to Jeff,
“staying with the status quo guarantees failure.”
