| Premium’s Team Leaders are permanent Retail Service Representatives who have their own retail merchandising assignment responsibilities. Only our most experienced, skilled and proficient Retail Service Representatives have earned the status of Team Leaders for assignments that require deployment of multiple Retail Service Representatives to work together. When not performing their own retail assignments, many Team Leaders provide ongoing (or program-specific) training and quality assurance responsibilities at store level. |
