Ron’s 28-year career in retail sales management with Nabisco led him to start his own sales and merchandising services company – Premium Retail Services – back in 1985.
Operating the first several years as a national broker services network, Ron
realized that his clients would be better served by hiring and training his own management and staff of merchandising professionals. At that time, there were
few – if any – merchandising service organizations (MSO’s) available to consumer packaged goods manufacturers and retailers. With such foresight, along with the Premium’s steady and responsible growth, Ron is known throughout the industry as a true pioneer.
