Sue came to Premium in 1999 with over 10 years of progressive responsibilities in human resources management in the retail / service industries.

Sue oversees recruitment, training and retention, along with managing our competitive wages, benefit programs, and administering our company-wide policies and procedures – making sure they are the “best of the best” so that Premium continues to attract and retain the “best of the best” employees.

Since 1990, Sue has been an active member of the Human Resources Executive Round Table with the local chapter of AAIM – American Association of Industrial Management – and has applied her professional insight to stay current with the continuous changes and challenges in the Human Resources field.
