The Challenge:

Jim Beam sought a partner to audit promotional compliance and distributor performance throughout both "open" and "control" states all across the US.

The Execution:

Premium utilized our online learning management system to train and certify retail auditors to service this new trade channel. Premium also customized reporting by customer, by distributor, by trade channel and by several Jim Beam segmentations to measure share of shelf, share of display and other metrics for Jim Beam’s brands and distributors.

The Results:

Premium audited over 50,000 locations across food, drug, mass, club and liquor stores. The entire compensation model was adapted to reflect pay-for-performance metrics. As a result, performance for Jim Beam Brands is up 11.5% versus forecasts.
